The EpiTouch Alexandritre laser hair removal
is ideal for large skin surfaces, as it is quick and gives long
lasting results. This laser targets the pigment inside the hair
and destroys a great quantity of it without affecting the surrounding
skin. A clear gel is applied on the skin and laser beams are quickly
emitted on the treated areas.
Sensitivity
The laser is virtually painless. However, in some
cases more sensitive areas can be frozen.
New hair growth
The growth of new hair follows specific cycles,
from a stage of active growth to a stage of total rest. At each
session, the laser attacks the hair that is in the growth stage.
The dormant hair is left untouched. It will eventually become active,
will start to grow again and additional sessions will be needed in order
to remove all the hair.
